This 2-day retreat offers you the opportunity to discover or deepen your knowledge of Tibetan yoga , or Tsa Lung (in Tibetan), a meditative and yogic practice from the Bön Buddhist tradition, which combines breathing, movement, awareness and visualization to balance and harmonize the body, energy, emotions and mind.
The exercises you will learn during this weekend are simple and powerful practices that help release physical, emotional, and conceptual blockages in our daily lives, bringing more space and thus promoting mental clarity and emotional stability.
Overall, they promote a balanced flow of energy and help improve well-being and health.
The retreat will be led by Dr. Alejandro Chaoul, who has been teaching Dzogchen meditation and Tibetan yoga in the Bon tradition for over 30 years in the Americas and Europe. Trained by some of the greatest Tibetan masters of our time, Alejandro Chaoul is one of the principal teachers of Ligmincha International and Three Gates, two organizations founded by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.
