Learn meditative techniques that foster a holistic sense of wellness for our body, energy, and mind. Tibetan meditation practice offers a variety of methods, drawing on breath, sounds, visualizations, and seated movements. Exploring different methods allows us to connect to our inner wisdom and our potential to achieve a relaxed yet aware state of mind. We will learn to incorporate these practices into our daily routines for a healthier lifestyle. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

We are offering this class for free. As a nonprofit organization, we welcome any donation that might be meaningful and affordable for you at this time.

This livestreaming program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event.
