This immersive half-day workshop explores methods to cultivate mindfulness, enhance relaxation, and foster a deeper connection between mind and body. Through a blend of guided meditation and presentations, Dr. Alejandro Chaoul will guide you through Tibetan meditation techniques while incorporating the power of breath and movement to deepen your practice. Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to enhance your practice, all are welcome! A light lunch is included.
