NO CLASS on March 29th

Learn Tibetan meditation techniques to manage chronic stress and connect to your inner stillness, relaxation, openness, compassion, joy and healing potential.

The stress of everyday life can keep us disconnected from our inner supportive qualities, which we all need more than ever. Ancient Tibetan traditions harness meditation and other mind-breath-body practices to transform negative emotions and enhance physical, emotional and mental well-being. Scientific studies have shown that chronic stress can contribute to a lack of well-being, expressed in almost every biological system in our body. Learn techniques to transform emotions such as anger, attachment and fear, allowing connection to your inner stillness, openness and healing potential. Practices include awareness of breath, visualization, concentration of the mind, awareness of sound, and movement. Incorporating these techniques into your everyday life may foster loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity, a relaxed yet aware state of mind and a healthier lifestyle.
