Tibetan Yoga Wellbeing’s core vision is to be a leader in educating individuals and communities about the ancient practice of Tibetan yoga and its transformative power to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
The four pillars of our Vision are:
Preserving the Tibetan Yogic Wisdom traditions: We are dedicated to preserving and sharing the profound traditions of Tibetan yoga: Tsa Lung and Trul Khor, rooted in centuries of Tibetan culture and spirituality. This also includes translation and research.
Empowering Holistic Wellbeing: Our integrative approach addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, enhancing overall vitality and wellbeing, which is in such demand in today’s stressful world.
Building Community and Collaboration: Through partnerships with local, national and international organizations (e.g., Ligmincha International, C.G. Jung Center, Wisdom Publications, Rice University, University of Virginia, Esalen Institute, Omega Institute, Blue Spirit Costa Rica, Menla-Tibet House, and CSC of University of Melbourne), we nurture a global community of seekers, learners, and teachers dedicated to holistic well-being.
Fostering Inclusivity and Access: We are committed to making Tibetan Yoga wellbeing practices accessible to all, regardless of background or experience. We offer classes, workshops, trips. conferences, and resources suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Presenting in conferences and publishing in different languages to support accessibility.
