19octAll Day20Inner Refuge and Tibetan Yoga of the 5 elements

Event Details

This two-day retreat invites you to explore or deepen Tibetan meditation and yoga of the 5 elements, a series of ancient meditative and yogic practices from the Bön Buddhist tradition.

They bring balance and harmony to our physical body, our energy, our emotions and our mind. By helping us clear the physical, emotional and conceptual obstacles of our daily life, they invite us to rediscover the space of our sometimes forgotten or neglected inner being.

Yogic practices are frequently performed at the beginning of a session so that the meditation can be deeper and more stable, enabling us to discover or reconnect with the open, clear and warm space of our being, our inner refuge, the source of joy and all qualities, what we really are.

This retreat is guided by Alejandro Chaoul, a senior teacher in Dzogchen meditation and Tibetan yogas of the Bön tradition. After being trained by some of the greatest Tibetan masters of our time, Alejandro became one of the senior teachers of Ligmincha International and the 3 Doors, two organizations founded by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. He has been teaching in North America, South America and Europe for over thirty years.
