Event Details

Through both theoretical exploration of cutting edge science and experiential meditative practices, we will learn to listen more deeply to our body, and the messages it is always communicating to us and how to foster health and longevity. Focusing on our breath as the base of our awareness, we will pay attention to our bioinformational field and how to access it as a source of guidance and understanding of our condition. We will use attention to our breath, meditative moments, and mind-body strategies to shift our consciousness and reveal the interconnectedness of our internal experience and the broader cultural context. In this way, we can modify our biology and behaviour, cultivating a sense of joy, belongingness, and collective companionship.

This workshop will run from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM too 4 PM with a break in between.

This livestreaming program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event.

All times are CDT. Please contact Mary Oleyar at onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions. Learn more about online learning.
